They are responsible for training and coaching supervisors and Box-Office agents.

The Assistant Box-Office Director oversees the management of the Box-Office team and operations in the absence of the Director.

The position is full time, based on a 6-day week including days, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays. The position is available immediately.

Reporting to the Director of commercialization, the Point of Sales and Merchandising Director is responsible for the planning, organization, direction, procurement, operations, control and sales strategy for the merchandising and food and beverages department including kitchens, points of sale, Food trucks and warehouses.

Under the supervision of the Line Producer, the Event Director works in collaboration with the company’s Head Office and in accordance with its policies to direct the various departments of the event’s operational team. This is a full-time position.

In particular, the Project Manager is in charge of finding different solutions, testing them and adapting them accordingly. As an Infrastructure Project Manager, it will be your responsibility to manage large-scale and complex projects and ensure proper communication regarding development, possible setbacks, and deadlines to the operations team.

Under the authority of the Human Resources Director, the Coordinator has various missions including personnel management starting with hiring, welcoming new employees, individual meetings, he/she will also manage all the administrative side regarding payroll management and keeping employee files up to date. The Coordinator will be in direct contact with the employees and must therefore have a high level of listening skills and understanding.
